STATIONARY SEATS

Image
Rotary and stationary rings are the main components of a mechanical seal, which is a device that helps join systems or mechanisms together by preventing leakage. Stationary Seats (Mating Rings) are the non-rotating primary seal ring mounted in the gland plate or other motionless structural parts of the rotating equipment. The mechanical seal stationary  mechanical seal seat is made of stationary ring /mating ring and Secondary sealing components, such as PTFE, Viton, NBR etc. The static seal ring (also known as the stationary ring)  work with the rotary sealing surface to prevent media leakage.   Mechanical Seal Stationary Seat  for Sale   Our mechanical seal stationary seats compatible with a variety of OEM pumps and components. We currently supplies the following stationary seats J with different specifications. Choose the right stationary seat for optimal working performance. If you are looking for a reliable seal seat company, Sealcon can be a good choice!   Material Combination

SINGLE CARTRIDGE SEALS

Our single cartridge mechanical seal  is manufactured by balanced seal-face technology, helping to reduce energy comsumption whilst increasing reliability.   Cartridge Mechanical Seal Types   N on cartridge mechanical seal   is assembled by the rotary ring, stationary ring, spring, secondary seal( o rings, PTFE), gland and other mechanical seal parts together as a collection, known as the cartridge seal, sometimes also called the cartridge mechanical seal parts .   Features of Single Cartridge Seals faster and easier replacement of pump shaft seals less downtime reliable start-up after a sealing change Advantage of Single Cartridge Seals ready-to-install: components include rotating components, bushings and glands gage bolts applied for the most gland box easy to replace the packing or bearing easy to install in uneasy install place Used for longer time than non-cartridge mechanical seal   Overview of Cartridge Type Mechanical Seal A single cartridge type mechanical seal consists of

Seal Spare Parts Spring

Seal Spare Parts Spring   Introduction of Seal Spring s For a mechanical seal, the initial closing force ensures that the seal will function properly from startup. In end- or rotating-face mechanical seal designs, the initial closing force is provided by a spring component, which can be a single coil spring, multiple coil springs, a deflected bellows unit (elastomer or metal), or formed or flat springs. Initial biasing forces also can be created by magnets, compressed elastomers or any other means of applying a closing force between sealing elements.   For single spring seal , the seal body is sprung by either a metal or rubber bellows, a series of small springs, or by a single coil spring. These seals must be fitted with the correct coil spring for the rotation of the shaft. The major cause of failure of this type of seal is a broken drive spring. This is due to the use of 316 SS stainless steel as the coil material. The spring has to maintain the drive of the seal head and to flex

Seal Spare Parts Sleeve

Image
Seal Spare Parts Sleeve   In most pumps, the portion of the shaft that is under the sealing arrangement is covered with a shaft sleeve. The shaft sleeve is a sleeve of metal, usually bronze or stainless steel, that is designed to either slide or thread onto the shaft. It acts as a shield for the shaft assembly in pumps and compressors. The shaft sleeve is mounted over a shaft and shaft assembly to protect it in a corrosive environment.   M echanical seal shaft sleeve  are commonly found in single stage pumps. The pump shaft usually offers protection from corrosion and erosion.   Sealcon manufacture shaft sleeves with OEM sizes and materials, if you are interested in our products, please feel free to contact us.   Function of Seal Spare Parts Sleeve The basic function of a mechanical seal sleeve  is to protect the shaft from packing wear at the stuffing box. Shaft sleeves help protect the running surface of the shaft seal or the surfaces in contact from damage or abrasive wear. The ha

Seal Spare Parts Sealing Rings

Image
Seal Spare Parts Sealing Rings Brief Introduction of Sealing Rings The seal ring is a ring seal with the notch, it is placed in the ring groove of the sleeve, the sleeve rotates together with the shaft, and the sealing ring is elastically attached to the inner hole wall of the stationary part when it is pressed, so it can play a sealing role. Each contact surface needs to be hardened and polished. The seal ring is made of chromium wear resistant cast iron, which can be used for sliding speed less than 100m/s. If the slip speed is 60~80m/s, tin ring bronze can also be used to make the sealing ring.   Seal Ring Technical Requirements the flatness of the sealing end surface is not more than 0.0009mm (that is, the three monochromatic light interference bands); the Ra value of the hard material sealing end surface roughness is not more than 0.2μm; the Ra value of the soft material sealing end surface roughness is not more than 0.4μm;Sealing rings surface should not have cracks, scratches,

SEAL SPARE PARTS

Sealcon supplies a series of pump mechanical seal parts , which are developed and manufactured by using the latest technology. All the mechanical seal parts have a smooth flawless performance and have a long service life. We supply standard pump seal parts  as well as customized products. Customers can send us their drawings or samples. We can do your personalized mechanical seal spare parts with special departments.   Mechanical Seal Parts   Seal Spare Parts Sealing Rings The sealing rings are designed to seal off and retain the medium inside the chamber. It is ensured by the surface geometry of the combined seal rings. Sealing rings are widely used to prevent abrasion between the pump impeller and the pump housing to improve the water flow at the inlet of the pump and improve pump efficiency.   Seal Spare Parts Spring Seal spare parts spring is mainly used to hold the seal shut when the pump is stopped. In many cases, the spring is also used to drive the rotating head of the seal.
